The product
is designed and produced by patent technology
(Patent No.: ZL02216439.1). The characteristic
is small opening distance, big door size,
light weight, high intensity, reliable usage
and specially luxury. It is the first chosen
product supplying for medium and high-grade
bus, it is also the best chosen for the
customers.
The technology of flat-moving door is
complicated, high tolerance and difficult
installment, so it is difficult to assure
the quality. There are such defects: the
pull force is big, the doors are interfered
each other during opening, the distance
to the door is hard to adjust because of
non-equality, water-proof is bad, locking
is not reliable and easy to cause fault.
Therefore, the normal bus factory will not
choose to use.
After many years of design and research,
we improve the simple force point support
position equipment, adjust the mechanism
in the whole direction (adjustable for up,
down, left and right). We use three-point
lock, three-layer water proof and the door
lock may be opened and pulled, so as to
make it easy to install the flat-moving
door , the opening and closing is smooth,
the water proof locking is reliable and
appearance is good.
Cabin door assembly is supplied in module.
